Clear orthodontic aligners are a series of clear BPA-free plastic custom-made retainers that slip over your teeth. The clear aligners are removable and replaced every 2 weeks with the next set in the series. Each set of aligners work to gently adjust your teeth to the desired location.
Your orthodontist or dentist will determine if you are a candidate for clear aligners.

Invisalign braces have revolutionized orthodontic treatment for dental patients of all ages, especially adults. These clear, low profile braces allow dentists and orthodontists to improve the appearance and function of their patients teeth without the use of traditional metal brackets and wires. Instead, a series of clear alignment trays work to progressively move the teeth in a way that is both comfortable and easy to care for.
The alignment trays used during Invisalign treatment are worn for 2-3 weeks until being replaced with the next set of aligners in the series. Because no adjustments are needed, patients require fewer dental checkups than patients with traditional braces. Patients that choose Invisalign have less discomfort and fewer negative impacts in their treatment that people who wear traditional braces.
Patients enjoy Invisalign braces because they can eat or drink anything they like. All that is needed is to remove the alignment trays during meals and replace them afterward. Brushing and flossing is done as normal, and the Invisalign trays are simply brushed with a regular toothbrush and tap water.
Advanced Laser & Cosmetic Dentistry offers complementary Invisalign consultations to determine if patients are candidates for the treatment. Impressions or virtual scans are sent to Invisalign headquarters where the patient’s series of aligners are fabricated and sent back to the office. All that’s left is for the patient to pick them up in our office and begin their treatment! Your progress will be checked every 2-3 months until your treatment is completed.
ClearCorrect is the clear and simple choice. No wires. No brackets. Just clear, convenient comfort—every reason to smile.
How does it work?
You and your doctor will evaluate your teeth and talk about any problems or goals you have for your smile. Once you and your doctor establish ClearCorrect is the right treatment option for you, your doctor will take impressions, photos, and x-rays of your teeth that ClearCorrect uses in manufacturing your custom aligners. Then your doctor writes a prescription for your custom aligners and sends it to ClearCorrect.
What can it do?
ClearCorrect can treat a wide variety of issues that keep people from achieving their ideal smiles. Straighter teeth don’t just look better; they work better too. Poorly-aligned teeth can interfere with bite function, wear out quicker, and are more prone to cavities. Ask your doctor how ClearCorrect can help you.
