We accept most PPO dental insurance. Prior to your appointment, we can contact your insurance company to determine your coverage availability. While we can’t give you the exact cost of a procedure until we have done an exam and x-ray, we can give you an estimate and happily discuss any and all available options you may have for treatment.
Additionally, if you plan on using your dental insurance, you may want to review your benefits book before coming in for your appointment to better understand your coverage, as each plan is different. We are happy to review your plan with you if you have any questions, and as a courtesy, we will file your dental claims for you.
Please be prepared to pay your co-pay and/or any deductible at the time of service. We also require your authorization to receive payments from your insurance company. Your signature will authorize direct payment to the dentist for insurance benefits. We will give you the best estimate of any out-of-pocket expenses, but this is only an estimate. Your insurance company will determine your final benefits at the time the claim is processed. You are responsible for any charges your plan does not cover.
If you do not have dental insurance, we accept CareCredit healthcare financing with options available for you to pay monthly.
